Carpenter Roar LLC can meet all of your needs. He is respectable, honest, hard working, professional, and does professional work. He remodeled my bathroom and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. I was so happy with the work that he has become my goto for anything home improvement since then and has completed many projects in 2 homes. His takes pride in his work and has the integrity as a professional that all contractors should have. I think if you use him for one project, you will most likely be using him for all future projects.

IMPRESSED with Roar and his team. He is amazing. You don't get honest very often when mixed with great work. Roar's work was stellar. They redid my kitchen installing a beautiful new kitchen island, renovated my master bathroom, smaller 2 bathrooms, put in the floors in the basement, floors in 2 bedrooms, molding painted.. it was a total facelift. Even as I was going crazy with the pressure of renovations Roar was so patient and really took care of me. I just had my house warming and everyone wanted to know who did my house because they LOVE the work Roar did. Roar if you're reading this....thank you, thank you, thank you. I should mention. I had contractors come in and give LOW LOW bids..others were really high. Roar was somewhere in the middle. He was very upfront in sharing that with renovations... he would stay as close to that as possible, but sometimes they're are surprises... the only surprise was how expensive my taste was when it came to the tiles I wanted. LOL He was great with my budget and kept me in check. Once again a BIG THANK YOU. Absolutely would recommend.

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute nightmare to work with. Hired as GC. Not capable of the work. Rude, wasnt on site, didn’t manage workers, poor customer service, poor quality of work. Disrespectful of clients and their home. Made so many unfixable mistakes, didn’t get job done, abdoned job. Failed inspections, code violations. Caused more damage to Home. Measurements were all off. Does bare minimum of work. Refused to clean job site. Poor workmanship and craftsmanship. Extremely rude. Poor communication. Used cheap supplies/ used supplies and charged full price. Yelled and screamed at clients. Did not meet any deadline set for himself. Work not completed on time after pushing date back on 3 occasions. Don’t work with Roar, you will be stuck in a nightmare with him. Terrible experience.

If Contractor Roar did not have Eric (tile/pluming) they would not be successful in my opinion. I had a leak in the shower and in the sink and the shower frame was not secured after the initial completion. I reached out to Eric and he came and fixed the issues. I recommend Eric Barisoz 10 Stars. The owner of Contractor Roar did not follow up on my satisfaction or apologize that Eric had to come back.

Came to review the 3 projects. Very nice, up front. Received one estimate. Good price. Plan to hire. Waiting for additional estimate. Will update comments as project goes on however very happy with Carpenter Roar's follow up and estimate.

Always returned calls, always was on time

This contractor was organized and clean and also reasonably priced within our budget. He worked on Sunday to get the job done. He completed this project within a timely manor.

They tiled two bathrooms for us. The master bath was a big job consisting of quite a bit of heavy granite. I was concerned about using the granite for the shower shelves since it was so heavy, but it turned out beautifully both in strength and aesthetics.

Showed up every day on time till the project was completed. Solved unforeseen problems during the course of the renovation. Workers were well supervised and managed. Cleaned up and inspected the project daily.

I hired Roar to fix my laundry door and ceiling, install moulding on the walls and ceiling and partial painting of the house . The job was superb, clean and efficiently completed. I already have some projects lined up for him this coming months and I am fully confident they will be accomplished as I expect them to be. I would definitely recommend Roar to do your house repairs and projects and I am sure he will not dissappoint you. You only need to call him and he will be there knocking at your door.

He called right away. And, when he said he was going to come install my mail slot, he did. I was VERY happy.

I was so happy by the service provided by Roar. He was professional, courteous, timely and meticulous. He came to inspect the work to be done ( removal of huge mirror glued to the wall). The work was done very quickly but most importantly, Roar picked up/ vacuumed all the shards of glasses, boxed them and disposed them outside. In addition, his price was fair and accurate. I highly recommend him and will call him again for future projects.

Carpenter Roar has been a blessing to find. Being from out of state it is sometimes hard to find an honest company that will do a good job. I found both with him and his crew. Ceiling tile repairs, cleaning locker rooms, pressure washing, floor tile repairs, installing signs in my parking lots and installation of fire safety boxes were a few of the projects that they did so my property looks presentable and in first class condition to potential buyers that walk the property. He provided ideas that would protect my building and save my company money. We will use him again for future projects.

I had roar repair an internal door and closet door, install vinyl tile and ceramic tile. He completed the work quickly and economically. He kept me informed of his progress and addressed an unforeseen structural issue in my 100-year old house fairly. I have asked him to propose on another project in my home already.

You have see my floors, they are beautiful (laminate flooring). He did an amazing job. Very neat/clean and very nice to work with and with fair prices. And it was done very quickly. If I needed anything else done, I will definitely call him.
