When Matt Carpenter came over, exactly on time, for the estimate, we were expecting snow the very next day. Before we even agreed to have him do the work, he climbed up on the roof to temporarily fix a large section of shingles that had slid off: for no charge. They are right now up on the roof removing all the damaged boards and insulation. They seem to be so far doing a great job! Matt and his employees are very professional, showing up when they said they would, and cleaning up as they go along. Our house was in a fire before we bought it, and a lot of damage was just covered up. They are finding charred plywood and all kinds of squirrel and mice damage, taking care of it all as they go along. I don't believe any other roofers would be so complete. My husband and I are sure we picked the right guys for the job. We would definitely recommend them, especially for anyone in our mountain community. A post script: Matts wife who handles the calls is very professional on all of our phone contacts.

Showed up on time

I took 2 months to pick a Roofer and called in 5 or 6 companies and decided to go with Matt, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I got a seamless steel roof and it's beautiful- Matt (the owner) did the job himself (with a crew) and he was their on the day he said he would be and done on the day he said he would be. Communication was excellent and he practically re built my chimney (cedar) and replaced a lot of trim at no extra charge. Do not hesitate to call Carpenter Roofing. And he really worked with well with my insurance company He also did my gutters for much less than any of the gutter companies I called-

Hard working couple of guys. Their communication with what is going on, what's wrong, what needs to be fixed is great and they put out an excellent finished product. Very happy with how our job turned out. We had an asphalt shingle roof that had two leaks. We wanted to convert to metal. They did the work, replaced all the water damaged lumber, installed a metal roof and did it for less than a couple other bids.

Carpenter Roofing did an outstanding job removing and replacing my roof at a competitive price. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable and was willing to answer all of my questions throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Carpenter Roofing to anyone needing any roofing work!
