Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
I ordered my doors on February 7, 2008 and paid 2/3 of the payment as a deposit, I still have not received my doors and it is May 18, 2008. I have had to contact Joe Frischman every time a conversation was made in regards to my doors . Just about four months later and he states I will get a discount on my doors when I receive them, but if the manufacturer doesn't have the door supply by this week he will TRY to get me a refund! There is no contact information ie; address or direct line phone number provided on any paper work or cards.....Just his cell phone number. I would NEVER recommend this person/company to any one!

"I am going through a bad divorce my wife has all my belongings tied up. I am having a hard time right now and I am trying to resolve the matter the best I can with what I have available I hope to finally make some progress in the next two weeks it takes time to get in court I am sorry for all the inconvenience sincerely Joe Frischman."

Joe was wonderful to work with. Always showed up on time. He looked professional and was clean - which sounds funny to say but that isn't always the case among handymen. He gave us very fair estimates and was very good about explaining why things didn't work. He supplied all the supplies himself which I really appreciated. Only on a couple occasions was he not able to finish the job quickly but we weren't in a hurry so we didn't push him. When we were selling he worked extra hard to get everything ready before the inspection.

We had an outside hose faucet that wouldn't shut off, and freezing weather fast approaching. The first plumber I contacted wouldn't get back in touch with me...the second was three hours late and wanted nearly $400 to replace the unit and was very non-committal about when it might actually get done. Joe's bid saved us $200, he was right on time (within four minutes!), he was extremely professional and did a GREAT job. I'd call him again for another project in a heartbeat...thanks,
