Bautista's Drywall

This is the second time we used Bautista's Drywall for our home and were very happy with the outcome of the repairs.

Thomas Bautista did a great job repairing some damaged sheetrock on my ceiling due to a water leak from the roof. He came to check to damage, offered a verbal quote. I schedule the repair with him and he provided a written quote that matched the verbal quote. He arrive on time and first covered the floor from the front door to the work-site to prevent dirt, dust and drywall mud from dirtying the carpet. He surrounded the actual area he would be working in with a sheet of plastic from floor to ceiling to capture any debris or dust to just this local area. He cut out the damaged area, installed new 'purple' drywall and tape for the seams. Using 5-minute drywall mud, he was able to get the required number of coats on the joints and then was able to match the existing hawk and trowel texture on the ceiling. I would definitely use him again and would also highly recommend him to any of my family or friends.

Thomas / owner is very knowledgeable and explains what he is going to do. Guy knows his stuff. Great job and the texture is pretty darn close. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Thomas. He showed up on time. He was respectful of our property, made sure that all surfaces were covered before he began the project. He cleaned up as he went, and when finished. Great price for the work done, didn’t overcharge us. I had received another quote that was twice as much, that seemed excessive. We plan on using him in the future for other items that we need fixed in the house. I look forward to painting my newly textured walls.

I would highly recommend Thomas to anyone in need of his services. He was professional, punctual, efficient and made sure the area was all cleaned up before he left. We used him for some drywall and baseboard repair. We would definitely call him again for future needs.

Thomas built a deck & 8 x 12 gazebo. It is exactly what my husband hoped for. Thomas pays attention to detail & is very thorough. His work is the highest quality. This is not dry wall installation but an additional subject not listed in the required field. We had a wall repaired last year after a pipe leak was repaired & Thomas did a great job on that, too, with the texture exactly matching the surrounding texture & at a very reasonable price.
