Very professional! I was amazed that they were able to remove a large stain that I assumed would be there forever. They were on time, and did everything exactly as promised. They were very helpful and made suggestions and gave information that was much appreciated. Overall, a great experience and we would use them again.

Mr. Fitts and his team was very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They were timely and treated my furniture and carpet with care. They did an outstanding job in restoring my furnitue and floor beauty. I could not believe the difference in my carpet and furniture.
