It was horrible. I feel like I just threw my money out the window. Carpet was soaked for over 24 hours and that is with fans on them. My carpet had very few stains and not one stain came out. I think he just sprayed water on it and vacuumed a little of it up. Now I have to pay someone else to come clean my carpets again.
