"Sorry about you not knowing the process I use which is much superior to steam cleaning this I ask before you jump to a conclusion just vacuum your carpet like you normally would for 6 months and see how nice your carpets will still look I was in a hurry and couldn?t dry your carpet completely leaving some of the sponge behind but it won?t damage your carpet like excess water does and it won?t look dirty after two weeks of a cleaning give it time and you will see that this method is much better"
