Excellent; he did a quick cleaning job; everything turned out well even though the soil and dirt has been sitting there for over 4 months. He gave us some cleaning product for soil and gave us tips to keep our carpets up to perfection. I would hire again if necessary, great job!

He arrived a little early that was impressive to me. He was frank and truthful about the removal of stains and I appreciate that. He did a great job and I intend to use him again.
