The technician was very thorough, and explained in detail how to clean future spills and prevent stains.

The carpet cleaning guy arrived several hours late. I called him a lot, and he would say "i will be there in 20mins" that 20mins turned into hours. When he arrived he sprayed something on my carpet and soaked a couple of spots. He set up his equipment, then the van would not stay started, so the machine would not work. It did not heat the water. He tried several times to get the equipment to work, but it never worked. He basically threw his hands in the air and said sorry to me and expressed that the company needs new equipment. He left partially apologetic, and the soaked stains were left on the carpet.

Wow: the carpets came out WAY cleaner than expected! They got out some stains that I thought wouldn't budge. The only bummer I had was they had to re-schedule the carpet cleaning from Thursday to Friday and I was moving into the house on Saturday. Luckily, it was warm and the carpets were dry by the time we moved in.

CPR did excellent job cleaning our sofa and carpets.

Scott was right on time, got to his work quickly and did a good, clean job. We are thinking about scheduling him again for some carpet cleaning now. Very trustworthy.

Overall, it was a satisfactory job. They arrived on time and were professional in appearance and worked quickly. He was a little judgemental about my lack of having the carpet cleaned previously and told me he wasn't sure that he could get the traffic areas clean, but they cleaned up well. Because I had only one room to clean, it was a little pricey too.

Scott was prompt, courteous and professional. He did an excellent job repairing and restretching my carpeting. He then cleaned the carpet, and it looks the best it has ever looked. I myself am a perfectionist and I think he did a perfect job. I am very pleased. CPR Solutions will be the pros that I call in the future. Thank you Scott for a job well done!

I have had my carpets cleaned by several other places and by FAR CPR Solutions was above the rest. Scoot Steen was the gentleman that came to clean the carpets. He showed up early, which is a rarity, we walked through the house and he asked me what each stain was so he knew how to get it out most effectively and he gave me tips on how to get stains out on my own that no one has ever told me before.
