The two gentlemen were nice - and promised they could do the job, but they didn't have the money to pay for materials and seemed ignorant of where to purchase necessary items (countertops) They did not follow-up to complete the job, and I ended up having to hire someone else after a full week of waiting.

We found Rug Doctor through Home Advisor. Ray and his staff are very friendly and professional. We hired him to clean our ducts that did have some mold. His cost is reasonable and I went ahead and had him clean my area rugs too. They look great. I will use him again and recommend this business.

CARPET DOCTOR. Ray and his team arrived on time and immediately started working. They were here over four and half hours and did not take a break. Each worker knew what to be done and did it. They cleaned my carpets and all my A/C vents and the dryer vent. Such an outstanding job was done I would highly recommend Ray and his company Carpet Doctor.

Great service and I have already set up on-going services. I also had Ray clean 3 area rugs and they look great!! He did charge for moving furniture which I was unaware of but that was my fault since I didn't ask. Very nice ladies cleaned and even washed my bedding and made the beds before leaving!! I have already recommended them.
