Tony and crew were fantastic. My carpet was 14 yrs old and had been cleaned by others 3 previous times. The job cleaned spots others couldn't. I am highly pleased and will us them again!!!! Could not be happier!

Came in fast was quick to try and sell more service. Was not big on how he felt the need to flert on the low with my mom.

They were the only ones to call back of the pros that we were given. They showed up on time and went right to work cleaning the dryer vent and also cleaning my area rug. Honest and hard workers and very reasonable prices. Would definitely hire again.

I received an immediate call back and scheduling for cleaning out our dryer vent. Tony and Bobby (and Pamela) are extremely respectful and courteous. They arrived as scheduled and called telephonically upon arrival. They came equipped with specialized tools (brush, snake, vacuum for the vent, etc.) unlike other service companies that only have brushes. They climbed our roof to ensure the vent was cleaned thoroughly. They cleaned up after themselves and put our dryer back in its place (we pulled it out before they arrived). We are so impressed with them that we scheduled furniture cleaning (3 sets) for next month. They are so reasonably priced as well. We highly recommend them for any service and will definitely be using them annually for dryer vent cleaning and other home maintenance services that they offer. Thank you Carpet Doctors!

The best service for my buck they worked wonders on my carpet and furniture and were so professional and polite I couldn't believe how clean they got my carpet I loved there service and will be calling them again and would recommend this company over any other hands down.

Tony ,Pamela and Bobby (Carpet Doctors) came to clean my carpets and air vents. They did a phenomenal job! This was my second time using their services. They have always followed up with phone calls, been prompt and very courteous. My home looks and smells great! I look forward to using their services in the future! Highly recommended!

DID HIRE THEM!!!

I am a Realtor and have hired many people in the past. I needed carpets cleaned after tenants moved out and checked out HomeAdvisor which gave this company 5 stars. This firm advertises that they can do Dryer Vent Cleanouts, Clean Air Ducts, and Steam Clean the carpets and steam the tile floors. They were nice, but the most unprofessional service. The dryer vent cleaning was a mess inside. They did not have the proper ladder to get on the roof. The AC Duct cleaning is unsuitable. The vents got cleaned, but they were not even vacuuming out the ducts. I had to call them on it. The carpets are a mess. They came in with a professional machine that they did not even know how to use properly. No one put in any carpet cleaner. When they were supposedly putting in some clear solution, nothing changed. The carpet water was cold. They did not turn on the heater because the breaker on their machine blows. The carpets got wet but did not do anything helpful. The owner came in to pretreat pet spots. She came in with a handheld Pet Spot Eraser that did not do much at all. The carpets looked so bad, I requested they heat the water and put in solution. There were four of them at the house and it was literally like, Did you put in solution? No, it is not my machine. Did you put cleaner in the machine? No, I was on the roof, it is not my fault. And so on. IT WAS AN EXPENSIVE JOKE. I wish I never saw their business or name. Do not be deceived. They were nice but unprofessional. I am having to clean these carpets myself. After two days of drying time: I wanted to cry they had spots everywhere. Traffic patterns still dirty. As for Steam Cleaning the tile floor, she used a Shark Steam mop. Are you kidding ME? IT DID NOT TOUCH THE GROUT. I needed HELP. They just took my money. I am frustrated. By the way, since I hired them, and it was not my money, I am RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE THE RESULTS FOR THE SERVICES I USED THE MONEY TO COMPLETE!!!! SO I AM HAVING TO CLEAN EVERYTHING THEY FAILED TO CLEAN. I HAVE RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS AND HEALTH ISSUES. I AM DISGUSTED BY WHAT I AM DEALING WITH. FYI: I took my carpet cleaner to one of the rooms and used cleaner and I am doing a superior job compared to this company. I am going to have to do the entire house. Very upsetting experience. They should not be in this business. They should return my money so I can hire a professional. I want to be crystal clear: they get an F rating. No stars are what they should get for what they delivered.
