RON CAME IN IT WAS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. HE SPRAYED SOME LITTLE SOLUTION ON THE CARPET THEN HE SUCKED IT UP. HORRIBLE, MY CARPET IS STILL DIRTY.

"We understand our technician did an excellent job on the cleaning. The customer originally did not have the funds to pay after the service was completed after 3 hours worth of work. She had to get an online loan to pay for service through Chime. CUSTOMER SIGNED WORK ORDER INDICATING ALL SERVICES COMPLETED AND INSPECTED TO CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION. All members in the household say the house looks better. We feel that this is just a way for her to get a service for free, to get her money back and repay that loan."

Earl cleaned 2nd floor carpets (8 rooms) in our house. His dry clean method is far superior to somebody dragging a water hose device across hard wood floors and up hardwood stairs. The results were fabulous and no wet carpets for 24 hours or more. The necessary chemicals for heavy stains are included in the quote so no upcharge surprises. My wife was so impressed with his proffesional demeanor. If you're needing rugs or carpets cleaned and dont want sloppy wetness, Earl is the man.

Had a dog bio disaster in brand new rug. The team was able to schedule quickly. They were very communicative, and did a wonderful job! Rug looks perfect! They were so nice, great with our two large dogs and price was very reasonable! They will be back to do our couch and carpets.
