Carpet Express did two jobs for us. The first was luxury vinyl tile flooring. That job went well until the transition at the carpet failed shortly after installation (due to them ordering the wrong transition.) It took four months for them to get the new product in and get the repairs done. When I complained, they blamed it on the installer and acted like I was being unreasonable....four months. In the interim, they used the same installer to tile the bath walls and kitchen back splash. The quality of work was good, but the communication and scheduling with their installer was poor. Once they get paid, they don't make you a priority... you are way down on their list below new business. I don't think I would use them again, but it's difficult to find good tradesmen in Summit County.

Overall good experience. Friendly helpful people. Sales could have explained more on options. Installers completed work in a day, but need to deal with stair tack problem.

I was able to get carpet ordered and install on a very short deadline so I was able to get the home listed to sell ,I also had to get information for the buyer under contract a month later about the carpet type ,pad type ,cleaning Instructions and warranty and received it the next day.

Having carpet installed today. Everything going smoothly at this time
