David is doing a fantastic job! He arrived just when he said he would. He is cleaning 2 couches, 2 love seats, and a recliner for me. Even though he's still working away busily, I can already tell it's made a HUGE difference. Very nice. Price is great and fabulous service. Will definitely use Carpet MD again!

Christy in the office, and Chris, the technician who cleaned my upholstered furniture, were both terrific. I didn't have to wait too long for an appointment which Christy called to reconfirm, and Chris called when he was on the way. Job done with full explanations of how and why, and Chris suggested that I not clean one chair that was questionable. But the best part of their service was when the sofa dried with some white streaks; I called Christy to advise them; Chris took a van home so that he could come by my place the next day - a Saturday - to fix the problem, which he did. Incredible professionalism and service, and friendly, too. Highly recommended with thanks.

A guy from Carpet MD told me he didn't think he could clean sofa completely. It was due to urine stained from our dog. Hence, we had decided not to do the project and decided to get new sofa. But my point was he was very honest about the process of cleaning the sofa. I thanked him and he has earned our trust.

Chris was very informative. We asked him for granite and.tile sealing services. He told us that the tile didnt need to be sealed, and only charged his minimum fee for sealing the granite. Honest. Also, he provided useful information about caring for the carpets in our new home. Well call on him again!

I do not hand out 5 or 10 star reviews, as I have never been blown away by expectations. However, THIS company is ALL THAT and a bag of chips. Customer service on the front end, reconfirmation of appt. Quote on price before starting the work, and finished before the time quoted. The technician, Chris was friendly, helpful and answered a myriad of questions without being annoyed. He seems to really enjoy what he does, and he does it VERY well. I would hire this company and will refer this company to anyone who will listen, Bravo Carpet MD!!!! And, a sincere thank you!

After paying the sale price, I saw an add in the local paper for the same type service for much less.

"It has been our experience that very low prices for Air Duct cleaning are usually a much lower quality and service. Services that offer these very low prices are usually in and out of your house very quickly and often use substandard equipment. Remember if the price seems to good too be true, it probably is."

Carpet MD's owner, Chris, came to measure + give us an estimate. He was courteous and professional, as was Daniel, who came a few days later to do the work. He called first, identified himself, was efficient, polite, and explained everything I asked. This was a big job for us - ducts cleaned, as well as carpet and some upholstered furniture cleaned and Scotchguarded. I never really thought ducts needed much cleaning, but was made a believer when Daniel showed me all the dirt he'd collected. This was money well spent - our home feels like new! They had the proper tools for the job which the first company we hired didn't -- something we discovered after they showed up. We have circular ceiling vents in some upstairs rooms which don't accomodate the roto brush.

Carpet MD will cost you more than most carpet cleaners but when you have a really stained carpet, they are the best. My carpet was a problem from the get-go. After the carpet was cleaned prior to moving into the apartment it crunched with every step. My two dogs contributed to the mess. When Carpet MD showed up (on time!) to give me an estimate I invited the manager of the complex to meet them, too. Their estimate was $70 more than the company usually hired. One of the technicians removed a stain that reappeared at the time I moved in. When they came back to do the actual cleaning, their work was impeccable.

Carpet MD staff were all very professional, both in customer service and cleaning. All pricing, serves, cleaning and drying times were explained. The cleaning technicians took extra effort and time on our older carpets. They turned out great!
