Kody was not only prompt and professional but ALSO very bright and concerned about solving the problem, not just treating it. We owe our home's basement to him. He was ready to make himself available to return at 11 pm to retreat. I can't say enough about this guy. He ultimately figured out the problem and solved it (went outside and discovered a willow tree root had grown 20 feet into the foundation drain) which was above and beyond his duty. He charged a fair price in the midst of one of the crazy downpours. Class act. Outstanding work. Effective equipment. Nice guy to boot.

Called ahead of his scheduled arrival time. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful hints discussed. Neat and diligent and exceptional cleaning quality. I had a large white sectional with pillow that was brought back to a vibrant look. Highly recommend this father and son team

He did a fabulous job getting a large amount of wax out of the carpet. I wish he had offered to also do the hallway. I would have paid extra and it needed it but I didn't think of it while he was there.

Machine on truck didn't work on first visit. 9 am then changed to 3:15 pm. They did clean two runners for free for the inconvenience.
