Master Restoration

If I could give this no stars I would. This company had incredibly poor communication. They did work at our home without permission (it is our rental and we live across the country). They then are billing our insurance for over $3,000 when they were called off the job by our adjuster since we could not get any communication from them. Mind you, they put a fan in our basement to dry it out and left it there.... That was the extent of the "work" and they want $3,000. We were never provided a quote, a contract or communicated with. If you want to work with a company who communicated and it transparent. Call Puro.

Hard working, cared about surroundings

If other companies operated like Master Restoration, life would be a whole lot easier. After discovering water damage on a Friday night, M.R. sent over a crew, INCLUDING THE OWNER on a Saturday morning. They immediately got to work: sectioned off affected areas, set up dehumidifiers, and began demolition. They laid down carpet protection and were meticulous about treating my home like it was theirs. Since then, Conor has been my personal disaster concierge. He checks in almost daily and visits the house any time I have a question or concern. He has guided me on how to navigate the insurance mess and has overall made this experience stress-free and reassuring. Conor and crew know every aspect of this business and I feel comfortable that all previous issues have been addressed and we are now less likely to have them in the future. Overall, this is one of the best levels of service I have experienced from any company. My wife and I were disheartened to see our home go through this mess, but Conor, Joe, and the team made it a trouble-free, confidence-inspiring process. We are very grateful for them and their level of service!
