The representative, John was great and super flexible. He understood the challenge of getting floors done in a co-op building. I think the staff should have been a little more nice but there were issues here with the building and I was clear to get the work done in my new apartment. The floors came out great. I would ask to see stain chips, not from an image. I love how everything came out.

After receiving several estimates to have our floors done throughout our entire home, John from Carpet One was the most professional, respectful and knowledgeable person we met with. There are some interesting â floor guysâ out thereâ ¦thatâ s me putting it nicely. He delivered the estimate to us in the same day- which was amazing considering he came to us late in the day (as requested). He even used an ipad to map and measure the square footage precisely. He left floor samples with us so we could see the floor in different light throughout the day. I was able to easily retrieve additional samples from the show room to which helped us make our final decision. John was patient with us throughout the entire process - we were planning to apply the same floor throughout our entire house .. and as a first time home owners we did not want to rush! The team that installed the flooring worked hard, fast and cleaned up after themselves. They were meticulous.. we had several closets floored and tough angles. The floors were installed about three months ago- the quality is outstanding! Luxury is an understatement. As We continued working on our new home, the floors have been able to withstand spills, drops and moving furniture with no damage. When we had a very minor concern he came by the same day to look at it for usâ ¦ and of course without being asked took his shoes off at the door! We have received so many compliments. After we had 3 companies give us estimates and go over everything it was a no brainer. I hired carpet one first because they didnâ t lie to us about what we needed. They worked with me by doing an area and giving me time to move things around so I didnâ t have to move it all out. They answered all our questions. I highly recommend them.

John was a complete professional and the gentlemen that performed the work were efficient and masterful in their approach.
