Carpet Pro Carpet Cleaning Dyeing

I hired this kid in his mid-20's (don't believe the "over 30 years experience" hype). He charged me about $250 for less than 2 hours worth of carpet cleaning. The carpets were still dirty and dingy after he left. Then, to top it off, he spilled a massive amount of water at the bottom of the stairs on my laminate flooring. He failed to clean it up in a timely fashion and so the water seeped into the crevices between the slats, causing sever warping and bubbling. He initially agreed to reimburse me, but then backed out on his word. I sent him pictures of the damage along with a payment receipt to the handyman who I hired to replace the slats. But, that wasn't good enough. He wanted an itemized invoice, but made it known that my claim of $240 was bogus to replace about 10 slats because he "knew" it wasn't worth that much. So, while he demanded an invoice, he also made it known he wouldn't accept the charges because they were too high, per his limited "expertise". But, apparently running a carpet cleaner for less than 2 hours is worth that much. Go figure. Stay away from this business. The kid doesn't know what he's doing.

The quote before coming to the house was 50% lower than the quote once in the home. The person was professional and worked steady for 3 hours. The cleaning did not include stains so they remain. It came to about $125 per hour, which feels like a lot.

Job was completed to a very high standard. Was running late due to road conditions and called ahead of scheduled time to let me know. Very professional and worked very hard getting a large area of carpet cleaned in around two hours. Very happy with this service and the person who did the work
