The service was good and the job done was excellent. However, I was quoted $320 and ended up paying $600. The original quote did not mention the need for Scotch Guard protection. I was told that the steam cleaning would strip away any previous protection and that it would need to be reapplied. It was sticker shock. I should have been told this over the phone before the job started. Thanks Service Magic for making the process easy.

Jim and his crew were very polite and curteous. We bought a house where previous owners had two dogs that urinated in every corner of berber carpet. Jim was able to remove the yellow and the smell. Jim also didn't have to waste my time with an onsite consultation first to give me an accurate estimate unlike some other carpet cleaners who consider themselves service masters.
