He came on time and charged what he said. Didnt really do much. Said tacks were not working right on the tack strips but didn't seem interested in doing anything about them to make them work. It seems for the money I could have gotten a more thorough job. He stretched the carpet somewhat but it doesn't stay down well because of the tacks.
