The Carpet Technician's process features certified owner/operator Dave Willard, who has 12 years in the industry. Dave's cleaning solution is much hotter - 230 degrees vs typical 180 - which deep cleans much more thoroughly and yet uses no harsh chemicals, leaves no residue and dries in only a few hours. We offer both commercial and residential service in S. King and N. Pierce Counties.

My carpet is cleaner than it was, however, I feel he could have worked on some of the spots a little harder. It did look better after it dryed. THe one thing that turned me off about the service person was that he had a unique way of talking down to me. Made me feel like I wasn't capable of taking care of my home. He did his work and left. He was here for 45 minutes and left. I don't think that it was worth 189.00. However, it is clean and the den looks great.

"Geez - I was only trying to suggest ways she could avoid such heavy soiling in the future.. As far as the amount of time spent, she doesn't consider the travel time involved to her rural home and the overhead costs (gas, chemicals, insurance, taxes, rent, advertising, etc) of a service business."

David did such a great job that I hired him for my rental. He's very accommodating and easy to work with. He cleaned up very nicely after himself and he is very reasonably priced!
