The carpets to go team was great and did excellent work. Brandon was very responsive, answered all of my questions and was there whenever I needed help. Nathan came by several times to check and see how the progress was going with the install team. The installation was not without difficulties due to the build of my house and the guys worked with me to make sure the job was done right. The installation team did a walk through everyday and if I saw anything I didn’t like they made sure to fix it. This whole process was a lot and everyone reassured constantly that their main priority was to ensure my happiness. The finished product looks excellent, it’s like I have a new house!

Hired JWood. Interviewed 3 contractors and choose them even though they had the highest price quote (not buy much). Their installation process was exactly what I researched. They didn't install carpet, just solid surfaces, but could recommend carpet installers. They're concentration to just solid surfaces and pictures trying not to oversell and reusing existing parts impressed us. The workers are all related so there was a unafied effort. Will be using them for our kitchen makeover.

Good install, very courteous and professional representative. I recieved quite a few estimates and CTG was competiively priced but customer service went a long way in to my selection process and played a significant factor in me utlimately using their services.

If you're looking for someone honest, and does quality work, I would recommend Carpets To Go. Everyone, beginning with Brad, to the installation guys were very helpful and friendly! When Brad came out to my home, he assured me that they would get the job done, and was honest about everything. I had water damage to my home the beginning of the year, causing extensive damage. The contractor I initially had, completed some of the project, took my money and didn't finish. I was skeptical about everyone that came in after, buy Carpets to Go, really outdone themselves! We are truly pleased!

While getting estimates on laminate flooring this company out serviced the other companies. The customer service I received from Chris sold me on this company. He was very informative and always kept his word on things he promised as well as made follow up calls to confirm we were on the same page. In addition, the installers were VERY professional and work diligently to complete my floors in one day. They cleaned up everything and even dust. Talk about service.....WOW... I would use them again and recommend them to all of my friends and family.

This was my first time buying carpet, so I was very concerned about getting a good quality product for a great value. I also needed a quick turnaround because I was moving into the property in a week. Not to mention I arranged this from another city. Brad was a patient, no-pressure guy (even after changing my selections a few times) that took the time to educate me and my husband on the product and work within my budget. I thought it couldn't get any better, but Jorge and his team did a spectacular job installing my carpet. They were quick and made sure I was satisfied before they left.

My installation went extremely well. Initially they quoted an installation date 2 weeks out because of the special order carpet I purchased. They somehow accommodated me and my carpet was installed on 8/20, 9 days after I made the deposit. Jorge and his crew were so professional and the installation is amazing! They broke down all of the furniture and put it back together with no issues. They were all business and I can't believe how well and quickly they completed the jobs. They even vacuumed the floors when they were done. They came in at the lowest price too. I would definitely use them again.
