Carpet Works (sorry I forget the names of the two men that came) was very prompt returning calls about inquiry. They arrived on time and suggested that I may want to have one of the carpets re-stretched. There was absolutely no pressure to do so. I decided to have them do that. It was totally worth it. They were very thorough and the 3 carpets looked like new when they left.

Great company from top to bottom. Rux and his crew are prompt, professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable with carpet care. They saved our cream Berber carpet from replacement after a large antifreeze spill. I seriously doubt any normal carpet cleaner could have fared as well. They have my business forever!

Everyone was prompt, professional, and polite, with a terrific work ethic. They helped me put my furniture back afterwards and even offered to come back the next day for any pieces that I couldn't move myself. I highly recommend this company and crew. You will not be disappointed.
