Showed up on time. Called the evening before to confirm. Seemed professional while here although did not clean up carpet fibers that were everywhere. Could overlook that, but in 24 hours 3 of areas stretched had buckled again. When I spoke with them he assured me that they would come back. After a week, called again. Three weeks later left another email message. No response. Now will have to pay another company to restretch those areas.

They were hired to stretch my carpet upstairs. They missed the spots where I explicitly showed them. The carpet was left loose in a few spots. Also the spot around the stair post was left bulging. Additionally, I never received any receipt for the work done. They never gave me a card or any other info to contact them in case of issues.

Within an hour of entering my needs on HoneAdvisor, I had a follow-up call by Carpet World and a commitment to have someone at my house that day. Although it was late in the day, two very courteous workers came, expertly fixed the problem. Note before Caroet World, I’d tried for months to find someone to come and address my carpet issue. Carpet World was terrific.
