Greg was very helpful in showing us many flooring options for carpeting our bedrooms. The installers were on time and worked hard to complete the job the same day. The results are great and we will definitely be calling Greg when we finish our basement.

We are ecstatic with our new floors. Greg and his installers are as knowledgeable as they come. We had carpet removed and new hardwoods put in. They then came in and sanded, stained and refinished all the floors. We can tell where the old floors ended and the new ones started. You want to talk about a well oiled machine, these guys were on time everyday and the install to the refinishing was seamless. One group left and the next group was right on their heels to finish up. If you are in the market for new floors there isn't a better option. Thank you Greg we are enjoying the floors.

CBD sent a four man crew of very young men to install our carpet. We have wainscoting and they scratched it everywhere the carpet was laid. John was rude and Greg never bothered to follow up on this job and personally inspect their installers work. Owner Stacey saw no need in inspecting it either. Until we hear from the company this stands as it is. Go elsewhere with your hard earned dollars. If there is a problem, CBD will leave you hanging..........

They were the last people that we got a quote from, but they were very fast in responding. They had a great selection of carpet and were very knowledgeable. They had our carpet installed in 1.5 days. Cleaned up after themselves well.

The installer was very informative. He did an exceptional job and did it in a short period of time which was important due to our schedule. The job was neat and looked terrific. The price was better than anyone else. I have more carpet to install and will definitely call Carpet by Directs back.
