It was a bit frustrating with rescheduling. There were multiple times that the date changed due to personal and work related reasons. The actual work itself was good but there was a lot of waiting involved.

He was punctual and drove a long distance without any charge. Worked steadily for almost two hours. The carpet is back to its original color and it looks great again! Definitely recommend Carpets Done Right!

They re-cleaned carpets that a local carpet cleaner had cleaned and the excess water looked like tar! They were willing to come back and retreat stains as many times as we wanted. We had them come back once to work on four small areas where stains did not come out the first time. Two of the stains were rust. All of the stains came out! Beautiful job! You truly do get what you pay for with carpet cleaning! Thank you for your hard work Rob and Dori!!
