I highly recommend the team from Carreiro Builders. Their planning development, coordination, and execution was professional every step of the way. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished product and I'm particularly impressed with their craftsmanship. Our deck project wasn't an easy task by any means (20' off the ground and on a hillside) ; however, the pros from Carreiro Builders overcame the obstacles...on time and exactly on budget. I will definitely use them again in the near future. They do good work!

Tom had some good suggestions as to how to design our deck and was also very willing to incorporated my ideas. His crew was also able to quickly make adjustments as needed . They were pleasant to have around and left the yard cleaned up each day.

The quality of the work was excellent. We had a problem deck (leaking to the floor below) and I am confident that we will no longer have any problems with it.

"This was a large flat deck with tile on it. It needed slope to drain and not puddle and leak. Had inproper flashings at deck to wall. We removed tile and plywood - built slope on deck - proper flashings at deck to wall and installed new waterproof decking system. Looks great!"
