Great work from a local small business. Builder failed to turn on the water on the day of inspection, he came out at his own expense 2 days later to inspect the plumbing. Crawled to the tightest corner of the crawlspace. Very customer oriented explained the entire inspection process.

They quoted me much less for a home inspection than any of the others I called and provided excellent service. They made us aware of every thing they found but did a great job of explaining the key issues that needed to be addressed. They also worked with our schedule and we were able to make a last minute appointment which saved us a ton of stress. I am still amazed at how great the value was for the price.
