Just started multiple small projects and Jose shows up on time, scheduled in advance, replies rapidly to texts. He works quickly without sacrificing quality. If I have a project that requires an expert (like rebuilding a gazebo), he has no problem letting me know that is an area he would suggest hiring a professional with specialized skills. That said, he pretty much does everything that would be on a honey-do list. One of my tasks was pressure washing my house. OMG? it is sparkling! Wow.
