We had hail damage to our roof in late March 2019. I did not know the damage had occurred, it is hard to see if you do not know what to look for. Tyler Johnson from Carroll Bradford roofing in Orlando came through the neighborhood and asked if he could check our roof, we live in Indialantic Florida about 70 miles from Orlando. He found many places hail had damaged the roof and helped me contact the insurance company for our house and request an inspection, which also showed enough damage that insurance would pay for the roof replacement. After verifying Carroll Bradford is a Master Elite roofer and has hundreds of 5 star ratings on google I agreed they could do the work. About 3 weeks later I was scheduled for the work to occur starting on a Thursday. It was delayed 1 day due to rain in the forecast. A work crew showed up at 7:30 Friday and between 6 and 10 workers had my roof off and the new water proof barrier down by 7 PM that day. Saturday they finished up about noon. The roof is fairly large and some of it was a flat section over the screened in porch. They cleaned up so well that I could not find a nail or anything when they left, not even in the pool which they had covered with a tarp. I have absolutely no complaints with anything. Tyler Johnson scheduled and managed the work, start to finish. Great job by everyone involved.

They did a great job! Rafael and Scott did a great job with the project. A couple is mis-ques in communication, but nothing that would keep me from recommending them or using them again. Their warranty is outstanding and what 'sold' me to use them.

I highly recommend Carroll Bradford Roofing. The team is very responsive and professional. I was recommended by them from several of my neighbors and I can clearly see why. Shane Amy was extremely helpful in navigating through the claim process with the insurance company, helping with picking the new shingles and even filing and obtaining the HOA approval. This was an extensive project that not only included replacement of the shingle roof but also replacing the gutters, skylights and solar paneling. During the installation, Chris Burdette was an excellent Field Manager who was in constant communication with me, providing updates on the work being performed and answering all my questions. The work was done in a timely and professional manner.

Shane Amy of Carroll Bradford Roofing, LLC was highly recommended by my insurance adjuster. He came out to the house the same day to give me an estimate. Shane was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with from start to finish. He created the estimate and worked closely with my insurance company, pulled the necessary permits and directly worked with my HOA. He communicated clearly with everyone involved and kept me updated on the progress of everything every step of the way. His office staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as I worked through the process of getting a new roof installed on my home. I would highly recommend Carroll Bradford Roofing to meet your roofing repair or installment needs.

I had to replace my entire roof, gutters and pool screen due to a hailstorm damage in my area. I had the good fortune of meeting Brandon Carpenter from Carroll Bradford. I was a bit antsy at first due to the fact that I have never heard of the company before but he laid my fears to rest and worked with me and my schedule and was there from the beginning to the end of the project. It was the best decision I took. He worked with me and my insurance company to make the whole process a breeze. Kai was in charge of the roofing crew and under him they worked with the precision of a surgeon. They were prompt, clean, courteous and gave me a beautiful roof in two days. My house has several levels and almost 5000 square feet with gables . They appeared on my door step at 7.00am on Monday ripped off the old shingle and finished off the roof the next day, Tuesday by 4.00pm. They had enough material, improved my roof to exceed the current code Everything cleaned up and tidy. In spite of his involvement with his crew, Kai was never tired of picking up the phone and attending to all my concerns. I got a beautiful roof. The gutters were installed by the team of Gabe and Mike, another beautiful experience. Gabe worked with me to get the perfect color that I wanted, took pictures along the way as they progressed in the install. He was courteous, professional and efficient. I was really pleasantly shocked at his pleasant demeanor. Larry worked with his crew in repairing the indoor ceiling damage and he was simply wonderful. Their presence in my house was not intrusive at all. They respected my space and it was almost like having a family visit. I have had to install roofs on several houses, as I deal in real estate, I have never had such a pleasant experience. The office staff were very responsive. From start to finish the whole process including permitting on all levels to completion took about four weeks. My fifteen year old house looks brand new and it is a very good feeling. I feel very privileged to have this company take care of my repairs. Their goal was to make the process easy and not only to repair and restore the functionality of the damaged structures ,but also restore the beauty of my house. The most astounding thing is that nearly all the 19 homes in my subdivision had roof damage, about five of us signed with them and the rest wish they had. I will very much recommend Carroll Bradford. I hope to use them again if I ever need to on any other property or home improvement and I have referred a lot of my friends to them.

They were prompt in their service, very helpful in processing the needed documents for insurance claim, permitting, meeting timing commitments. We now have a beautiful roof on our house.

I hired Carroll Bradford in June of this year to replace and upgrade my soffits and gutters. Gabe was the technician who did the install. His knowledge, work ethic and his trouble shooting skills are second to none. Gabe is definitely a asset to Carroll Bradford and l would not hesitate in hiring them in the future. Actually 10 Stars. Great company. They were the most hard working crew that I've ever seen work and as senior citizen and home owner--I've known/seen many. This June they installed a beautiful roof, gutters and indoor painting. I've just looked at a few other reviews and I agree with all positive statements (handled all insurance issues, professional, efficient, quality work, on time and left all immaculate. Thanks Chad, roofers, gutter installers, Bill--painter/repairs and staff!

These guys were great! Handled all the insurance issues directly and worked very hard to make sure that I got everything I was entitled to. My new roof, gutters and solar panels look great and I expect to last a long time. Their office staff is very professional and they keep great records that you are going to need when insurance renewal time comes around. Don't use anyone else!
