Deck or Porch - Repair
Mr. Carroll stated a price, yet the price went up because he could not fix the problem without knowing the items needed at first were not big enough. The couple that did the work were great and did an excellent job. Mr. Carroll did not do the work. Mr. Carroll lacked some knowledge on fixing and pricing.

James has done everything from painting walls to rebuilding exterior stucco walls. All work done has been very quick and high quality. Would highly recommend using James Carroll for anything related to your home.

James and his crew were top notch done everything he said he was going to do as far as the work budget and timeframe , on top of that also besides the new metal roof also installed a new stamped concrete driveway for us to we were amazed at the quality of both jobs

James Carroll was very thorough with inspecting the leak we have on our roof. He was very professional in discussing with us that we could repair the roof, instead of replacing with a new roof, since it was not as bad as we thought. He also noticed that our main leak was not from the roof shingles, but the rooftop patio. When we asked him if he can repair the rooftop patio, instead of being a typical salesman, he said he's not certified and able to work on waterproofing it, as this requires a specialist. He even suggested where we can look for one. He did a wonderful job, and the pricing is fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

From being to end they were very attentive, detail oriented, answered all my questions, and the job was completed perfectly.
