He clearly explained our mini split options and matched two competing estimates apples-to-apples at a lower price. Installation was quick, and techs Diego and Ever did outstanding work. Excellent work on the heat pump installation! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They arrived on time, completed the installation with great attention to detail, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. They also took the time to answer all my questions and I ask tons. I’m very happy with the quality of the installation and would highly recommend their services. DIEGO, project manager is such a hard worker -refusing to take breaks until everything was done and tested. Had a minor hiccup a few days later. Carrol Mechanical came out the very day called and addressed the situation. I can't say enough about the professionalism of management. They are second to none and I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Relieved - that's how I would describe working with Carroll Mechanical. Ever since another company installed my furnace 6 years ago, I don't think it was ever working right. A number of companies have come over the years but nobody was able to properly diagnose the problem until Drew from Carroll Mechanical showed up. He was wonderful from the start and had over 50 years of experience in the trade. He spent the whole morning at my house running a full diagnostic, including a detailed combustion analysis plus measurement of gas pressures, duct air pressures, air temperatures, electrical readings etc.... he explained them all to me patiently like a good doctor and told me we what we needed to do - adjust supply gas pressures and increase the size of the exhaust flue to get the right air/fuel balance. Previous companies just wanted to get in and get out, but these guys took their jobs seriously and were just lovely to deal with. Insanely smart, caring, and reasonable people.

Carroll Mechanical delivered a 10/10 experience, from start to finish. From the first call, the Carroll Mechanical team demonstrated that they were knowledgable, ethical, and customer-first. First, they offered to help me troubleshoot, and they gave me some great tips that allowed me to try and fix the problem myself before they made a service call. As a not-so-handy guy, I realized that I needed the pros, so I requested on-site help. They immediately offered to come over on the day and time most convenient for me, and they spent time with me walking through the pros/cons of different HVAC options. Ultimately, the team explained the pros/cons of different remediation options, offered me an extremely competitive quote, and was transparent all along the way. I moved forward with a system replacement, which they were able to accommodate the same week(!!). The Carroll Mechanical team was timely, detail-oriented, and respectful of my home, and the HVAC system was installed as expected.

I would absolutely recommend Carroll Mechanical. Their customer service was exceptional. After our heat pump failed, I reached out to learn more about upgrading our system. I spoke with Janel and she quickly scheduled an appointment for their expert (Chris) to come out to our house and talk us through our options. He educated us on the different systems on the market and the pros and cons of each. He was honest and not pushy (unlike some companies in the area?). The quote they sent was detailed and transparent. We decided to go with a new energy-efficient system and were able to schedule the install for the next day. The high efficiency system qualified for a tax credit and utility company rebate, which Carroll Mechanical handled for me. That added up to $4k of savings!! I met with a member of their team that clearly explained everything and helped to design a solution that worked for my family at a fair price. The install team arrived on time, they were very polished, and did a technically excellent job. The system is working really well and the whole family is comfortable!
