Well Pump Installation and Replacement
Corrall Water company's representatives (Mr. Austin👍👍👍 & Ms. Wendy - billing & appointments👍) replied outside of their business -> unexpectedly grateful for. Followed up right away with appointment the same morning. Sent technician (w/ photo identification) info of estimate arrival as reminder. The extra bonus + touch : technicians wore slip on shoes covered when entering our home; I get down on my knees cleaning the floor with disinfectant wipes and therefore appreciated the respect & the etiquette in return. Adam and colleagues returned the next day as he stated. The new Water Well's Pump was installed. Our water 💦 is back 🙏!! Professional, courteous, and explained the service was done for the service. This is a giant ++ experience compared to their installation of the brand new water well system (our well diagnosed "dry well"). It seemed to be 2 separated entities. Drilling company (contractor??) w/ different logo on their vehicle - personnels needs giant improvement!!
