After dealing with several seemingly flaky companies I hired Christopher and his crew. Came in and did the full yard sprinkler system in the time they said. When I had an issue the next day they came right out and cleared it up, haven't had any trouble with the system since. Highly recommend!

Surprising that he quoted me $1200 for the job and I paid in full for the job, then mails me a bill for $2400.

Hired for Sprinkler repair: This is a review of their billing practice, not the work. I received a bill in the mail after the "lawn tech" left my house. This company, with no mention of these charges, billed me $95 for the service call, $85 an hour (x2) while he was working. Additionally, I was charged 2x @ $45 for travel time. A grand total of $352.50 for their time. This is inexcusable. I have never ever been charged both for a service call and travel time. They will never receive my business again and I will make sure that anyone I know that needs work of this type is fully aware of their crappy business practice.

Carruth responded quickly. The lawn tech seemed to know his business. The only thing I found curious is that he said the office would bill me. Assuming the bill is reasonable, I will be thrilled with Carruth Irrigation.

Got an estimate of $670 for an 8 hour job. It took 2.5 hours to get the job done. The next business day they called so I could pay. Bill was $670. I said they were there for 2.5 hours and I was told the price is by the job. Who would pay that kind of money to have weeds pulled for 2.5 hours? They gave me a little break down to $480 + tax. Still ridiculous. Not happy at all.

Also, to my knowledge they did more than just pull weeds.
