Pete did a wonderful job on my garbage disposal also he made sure all the other pipe connections were snug. Pete's very personable and explained in detail what the problem was. I'll definitely be calling him again for other work,I'm making him my personal plumber.

We had a kitchen renovation recently and got a brand new dishwasher installed. Unfortunately, the dishwasher has been getting clogged with water from the sink since then. I called Peter in the late afternoon and informed him about the problem. Pete was very quick to respond and agreed to come and check out the problem later in the evening. However, I was disappointed at the end of the service visit! He initially diagnosed the problem incorrectly. Additionally, he was not prepared to get the work done as he did not have the right tools and charged us $125 for a 35-minute visit. Nothing new was learned, nor the problem fixed. He even charged us for the time he was on the road to drive to us rather than considering the time he entered the house. Overall, it is unfair, when the service providers time is only accounted and the problem stays unfixed. At the end of the transaction, I felt like paid $125 for nothing. I will not consider hiring Pete in the future. Definitely will not recommend!

Pete was in touch making sure we were still on for the project. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. He helped on a couple small issues that I needed help with besides the couple we had planned on him doing. Very pleased!

I had two issues, the replacement of a hose bib (pretty standard work) and a slow leak at a valve. I called so many plumbers to get a sense of what a â ballparkâ Quote might look like as I was debating on replacing the hose bib myself. You would think I was asking for the moon..not only could I not get any kind of ballpark but they wanted to charge me $50-60 to come out and provide one. I explained that I didnt want to waste anyoneâ s time and to just give me what a standard replacement of bib would be so I could even decide....I spent over an hour and had one vendor say they would waive the fee after being pressed. Pete was different...He asked the right questions that allowed him to provide a ball park (with caveat that he might see something as a professional that might change that...which is understandable). Pete was awesome...easy to work with from the start, scheduling was easy, workmanship top notch, very considerate while working here in my home. AND.....his quote was almost dead on difference of $15) Greate value and I highly recommend. He has made my list of go to vendors.
