Prompt, with consistent, responsive, and courteous communication. Positive, professional manner and demeanor. Extended himself beyond his standard range of services (but still within his professional expertise) in order to meet our repair needs, since we were unable to obtain adequate technical services from those who were supposed to provide them despite multiple attempts. I hired Dave to put an outlet in for a new hot tub. He did the research, cameout and checked everything out and showed up on time. He positioned the hot tub and all was great. I highly recommend this company. I will call them for my next job. And he and his assistant are really nice😊

Dave is a true professional. Late in the day I requested an appointment to deal with an erratic electrical circuit in my home, and he emailed me a response so he would not disturb me with a phone call. He called the next morning and scheduled a time that was convenient for me later in the day. Rather than using parts he had on hand to just get the job done, he went and bought new parts that matched my system and included that time in the minimum labor charge. He also took the time to explain exactly what he had done. I will definitely call Dave again if I need an electrician.

Being paid by the hour took time to do the project. After wiring the job did not check before leaving that power was off in the garage

"After the customer begged me to come out before Thanksgiving, I did my best to accommodate him to complete his requested task on a packed schedule on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to the point of being late for my own family's Thanksgiving plans. Regarding his tripped breaker, we will never know if the tripped breaker he experienced after I satisfactorily completed his initial service request was due to something I did, or if it was due to something else. He admitted to me he has had non-licensed people work on electrical issues in the past and it was obvious this was true when I saw some of the house's wiring."

Dave is a great example of the consummate professional. He is punctual, knowledgeable, affable and efficient. He arrived early and called me 20 min beforehand to get the OK. He was very confident and skilled in his work. I cancelled the first company that contacted me after talking with Dave. And, I was relieved and glad I did. Incidentally, his charges were less expensive than the other company. He is my go to person for all things electrical.
