STAY AWAY from this company! We hired them to paint the exterior of our home. We were told upon hiring them that all prep work would be done in advance to painting. We had a brand new roof put on one week before and we are very concerned about this. No prep work was done, NOTHING was taped off. There was paint EVERYWHERE! Including all over our brand new roof! We were told that It is 2022 no ones taped off anymore and assured it was easy to remove. It was not. A 3 day job turned into 8 days! And they came at strange hours not leaving until 10:30 almost every day for 8 days. They would tell us a time and not show up. We caught workers talking crap about having to do clean up. The owner was very unprofessional not even responding to texts with images showing the progress as her workers not doing their jobs was our fault! We asked for a discount as to compensate for paying someone else to clean the roof because as of day 8 they were unable to reach the middle of the roof to clean. And did not have proper materials to do so. I was told that the only thing they could offer was to continue to come Everyday for free until it was cleaned. Is it really for FREE if we paid them to do a job and they did not do it properly? Lol Not to mention the fact that they come at 3 and stay until 10 every day they were here. Absolutely ridiculous, we have a phone call with our lawyer later today. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT HIRE these people.
