Carter door came out saw what needed to be done and did it within 2 weeks. The cellar door they made for me fits and looks great. They were courteous and the cost wasn't over the top.

They did come out and measure and install in a timely mannor. one problem occured, we ordered a right hand door and we recieved a left hand door.

Personable staff, quick to schedule and complete the work. I had a garage exterior door replaced, 5 interior slabs cut to size, and an old sliding door removed. After a few minor adjustments the work was completed to my standards without any hassle.

On time. Fast, quality service. Slightly high costs than others but was well worth the quality of service. They lubed entire door without any additional charge. Also gave sound advice for caring for the garage door.

I had Carter Doors come out for repair of my sliding glass door. I needed replacment of the runners. I called tham and they came out the next day. I was given a quote over the phone. While working on the door the gentleman could not get the outer door off so he could get to the inner sliding door. He worked for quite a while and then call for 2 more guys to come help him. They found that the door had been caulked on both sides and they were able to finally muscle it out, The door works great now and I was charged just what I was quoted regardless of the extra effort required to do the work. Great Job.
