My house is over 100 years old, and the first floor sagged in a few spots. Carter analyzed the beams in the basement, then came up with a game plan to jack up & reinforce the ones that needed it. His quote was very detailed and the price was reasonable based on what I was told by a structural engineer. Carter was very professional in his work, and he did a wonderful job. I noticed right away when I got home that the floor was level. I trust his knowledge & skills, and would definitely rehire him again if need be. I'd also recommend him to friends and neighbors. On a side note, Carter is a gentle soul, and so nice to talk to... he has a great outlook on so many things.

The fence work was excellent. The gate he built hung straight, is well anchored, and works smoothly. And he had several suggestions that enhanced the final product which were also well executed. His work was what I had hoped for.
