Mine was only a small job but I had a really good experience with Brother Bear Moving. The folks I worked with on the estimate and scheduling helped keep the process simple and easy. The crew, Frederick and Christian, were attentive to what needed to be done, got right to work and paid attention to their activities to avoid any damage to items, walls, doorways, etc. I would certainly use this company again.

Good move, but I had some breakage. Hope they will make it good.

We had Brother Bear help us move out of our home in June. During the move, they broke a dresser, and damaged the walls and floors. During that move, everything was loaded into a storage locker as we were waiting for our new home. When we unloaded the locker finally, we discovered much more damage. Seat chairs ripped, broken glass on furniture, and scratched furniture. The worst part is that their claims service is a complete joke. We have tried to contact them MANY times and we are completely ignored.

Well, everything was going well in the beginning then they started getting tired so I bought them lunch. I was called by Billy 2 times while the movers were there to check-in. I had to tell them to wrap several things that I was watching them carry to the truck. I had damage to my front door and door frames and my brand new furniture that I'm still paying on. Some of the damage was because they were not helping each other carry heavy items. Also, two holes were drilled into my desk that was not needed. I contacted brother bear several times and finally got a response and they said they could schedule a handyman to fix the damage so I told him my availability and now I am getting no response after multiple texts and emails. I paid them $1,425 to move and damage my stuff. I am so upset at how they handle things I do not recommend this company at all. I gave them a chance to make it right and they decide to ignore it. check-in

I called Brother Bear Moving and set up a walk through with Matt. He came on time and in uniform as well wore shoe covers and provided me with an entire breakdown of their service as well as an estimate. I was really impressed during the walk through and set up my move with him that day. A week later the movers arrived on time and finished the move under the estimated time!

Outstanding service! My wife and I used Brother Bear Moving this month to move across Texas! We moved from Prosper down to San Marcos and these guys made the transition extremely smooth. My wife owns antiques and glass work, so we were very picky on who we were going to choose for our move. Alex and Tony came out one day before and made sure to pack and crate all of our glass and high valuables to ensure safe transport before they came out on the move day. I highly recommend this company if you have high ticket valuables that you want to ensure are moved properly.

These young men showed up ready to work. We thought it was only going to be a 3 hour job but it turned into 5 hours. Although they had another job after mine, they stayed and completed my move. No complaints at all. I would highly recommend them and if I ever move again, I will be calling them. Thanks Emmanuel, Paul and Joseph.

We hired this company to move our son from his flooded apartment to our garage for storage. Overall very satisfied with move. There was an issue getting the invoice for our insurance company but it was resolved.

The crew I had did an outstanding job moving my wife and I this weekend. Not an easy move but they sure made it look easy.

The office staff checked in on me during and after the move to make sure we were overall satisfied with the move! The crew packed and moved a 500lb safe and an upright piano like it was nothing! Brother Bear was excellent! Nick was prompt on his response and made the booking process very easy. Movers were punctual and excellent throughout the whole process. Saved us so much stress moving into our first home. Would highly recommend!

They provided same day moving when another company canceled! They were quick to arrive and didnâ  t charge me anything extra for having same day service!

I needed help with some large items and furniture because I live on the 3rd floor and these guys got out here quickly and were so nice and friendly.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick to answer the phones and helpful in going above and beyond to ensure that I was a happy customer. I have moved over 10 times and this was the best service I have ever received! The crew was in uniform and well put together. The price was reasonable and they have no hidden fees, which I was very happy with at the end of the day.

These guys were awesome. Ryan the sales guy was nice and called me throughout the move. Showed up on time and took care of all my big things.
