Bathroom - Remodel
The work that they did was overall quite good. There were a few lapses when it came to being truly professional. My biggest complaint was with their time management. They did not keep me informed as to when they would be coming next, and the few times that they did say they would be there on a certain day, nobody showed up. It was a really stressful experience.

Steve Carter arrived on time to do the estimate He was very nice and we agreed on a price He never showed up to do the job and would not call me back After several attempts to reach him, he did call and we made new arrangements. Once again he did not show up and would not return my calls hired someone else to do the project and was so happy with them that I hired them on for additional work I would not recommend Steve Carter to anyone.
