Ron Carter works with a small air conditioning and heating company in San Antonio, TX. With all employees HVAC Excellence certified in several different areas of HVAC related areas like, air conditioning, has heating, electrical and diagnostics. We strive to provide our clients with the most industry knowledge and professionalism for AC repairs and installations. Most times, we are able to beat the price of other heating contractors and air conditioning contractors. Those times we can't, it won't be by much, and we definitely are able to provide a more pleasant A/C service experience for our customers.

My A/C failed on a Friday. Ron came same day in the afternoon, fixed it, and invoice was reasonable. Great work, he saved me! I would definitely recommend Ron to anyone.

The only positive in this experience was the quick response. The "technician" arrived in an unmarked truck with a brash and rude attitude. She repeatedly called back to her shop to try and figure out what the problem was. First it was the transformer, so she left and came back to install that. The problem still existed, so she arrived at the 1200.00+ repair cost because the fan motor should be replaced as well. After dealing with this guessing game for hours we had her reinstall the "old" transformer and we then asked her to leave. We called another company who correctly diagnosed the problem as a broken fan motor and after 700.00 we had a/c again. Very disappointing experience.

"As the manager of All Seasons, I can assure you, I had no idea this happened, sir. I was only told the repair cost too much, and that was why you sent the tech on her way. I do remember speaking to you the night before and setting up the appointment. We had figured out over the phone that the fan motor was 90% likely the problem, and I had already ruled out the transformer as the problem because your outdoor unit and your heater both worked. I assure you, this issue will be dealt with promptly, as I take my business very seriously and care very much about what my clients think of my business."

It is so refreshing to find a HONEST A/C PERSON. I was floored and telling everyone I know about my SUPER experience. I put my unit in around 5-8 years ago and every time I had someone come out to service it, well, everyone said that I need a new "something" which would cost me around $5,000 to $8000 to replace "whatever". My A/C would not cool and was blowing air out of the vents. They came over and looked at it and said that I might need a new coil, however, they would have to fill it with freon to be sure. I agreed and they check and check it for about 1 1/2 hours. They came and told me that there was NOTHING wrong with my A/C and there was no leaks. They put 4 lb of freon in and they were done. I am very pleased.

Ron was the only person to respond to my request. We had an appointment on Monday, but my AC unit started leaking bad Saturday night and he aggred to come on Sunday to fix it! I would hire him in an instant!

One minor problem in the installation. The had difficulty in finding the error that wouldn't permit the unit to cycle. Error was located on second day. No problems since. A gret bunch of guys.

"The 2011 Trane ultra high efficiency airhandler was a little tough to learn. It all makes sense now though. If the Trane personnel knew about this unit, they could have helped with the issue a lot quicker."

I rent this location, however according to the renters job was well done. I have not gone to the location to check it in person. I only took Mr. Carter's word that he had done an excellent job installing a new a/c and heater. I accepted his word of confidence and pay the amount he requested. Again thank you and to me he is excellent. Thank you Mr. Carter for a job well done
