Took my money and never came back. I'm stuck paying back a loan. I have no furnace or air conditioning. Very dishonest. I honestly can't believe the other reviews on this business are real.

In November of 2021, Eric installed a new furnace. A few days later I had him back because an AC line next to the furnace work was blocking our doorway so he adjusted it. Prior to the furnace job, this AC line was not blocking the doorway. His adjustment could have caused a leak, but I can NOT be sure of that. Either way, come spring the AC did not work and I called Eric to fix it. He said I was low on refrigerant and he would do me a favor by recharging the system with a less expensive substitute refrigerant. It turns out the 410A refrigerant he used is incompatible with our R-22 system. We found this out afterwards by talking with the EPA, who told me the AC unit was contaminated and damaged, thus needed replaced. Worse yet, Eric charged us $275/lb. for 7 lbs. of refrigerant, $1900. Calling many other companies, I later found out 410A sells for an average price of $65/lb., which would have totaled only ~$455. Eric left without leaving a work order, and never attempted to find or fix the leak.

Hoss is prompt and does quality work

Hoss called me right back on a Saturday, dripped what he was doing and fixed my furnace. He was up front about the costs, committed to a schedule and had the heat back on about five hours after my panicked search started. I absolutely would recommend.

Eric went above and beyond with my furnace tune up. He answered all of my questions and helped changed the humidifier filter, and showed me how to change it in the future.

They came on weekend, and "bailed us out". It's hard to get emergency help on the weekend.

Make sure you get the quote of the maintenance fee as they will not notify you if it will cost more. The quote was $300 but cost $750. He never called to tell me the increase in cost. I called him after my bank notified me of the charges. He told me my ac was approx. 30 years old and with refill of coolant (reason for the increase on cost) he hopes it last thru the summer. Why would you not call a customer first before refilling an old ac to see if I should purchase a new ac? Lost my business on the trust level. I never got a receipt of the break down of the service rendered either.

Every Pro recommended by Home Advisor should be required to assist customers (especially seniors) fill out and file warranty information. Who agrees with me?

Hoss seems very knowledgeable and honest. The job required a fix that will take a few weeks to see if it worked (batteries were shorting out in thermostat). Would hire again

Eric is by far the most honest person i know. He goes above and beyond to do the job right i hired him back in December for a furnance job so i knew he would do a great job on my ac. Defiantly recommend him to anyone and he does it right.
