A washing machine flooded 5 rooms downstairs of our house in March 2025. After another company dried the area, removed the carpet, and partially removed all the drywall, I hired Favret Creations to do the reconstruction. The project included: replacing some deteriorated wood, repairing holes in the concrete, installing new water valves, repairing sheet rock, installing new vinyl flooring, and painting all 5 rooms. The project ran smoothly and Favret Creations started promptly as promised and completed the work in 4 weeks as promised. Below is a list of specific items that Favret did well. 1) Having been a project manager in construction myself, I was truly impressed with Favret Creations communication and organization. 97% events happened as planned but the few times delays occurred, Will Favret always let me know ahead of time. There were no surprises with the company’s work and daily construction activities. 2) Consistently, Favret Creations responded to any questions in a timely manner. 3) Will patiently worked with us to accommodate my wife and I’s desires. 4) Will even helped me installed a cabinet and fix a clogged drain which were outside of the scope of our contract. 5) Favret Creations provided quality workmanship at reasonable prices. 6) Last, Favret Creations’ billing and payments were simple and efficient. I would gladly hire them again.

We had some rotten wood under a second-story deck and decided that we would enclose the deck with glass along with the repairs. Favret Creations was one of three companies that sent proposals. While a bit higher than the other two, it was clear that their proposal was the best. It included details of how the project would be completed and the high-quality products that would be used. Will communicated by text and email as to when he or his crew would arrive. He has a great team that does excellent work. It is a small space, so Will worked with me to make some modifications to maximize the area. We now have a great reading room and are confident we'll have no more problems with water damage. Excellent work at a fair price!. We hope to have Favret Creations do our bathroom renovation in the near future..

Russ was so great to work with. He was very communicative and always kept us informed. His workmanship was top-notch. We had some tricky details to deal with, and he and his crew did a tremendous job dealing with these intricacies. Had a large multi-tiered deck to resurface ( replace all horrizontal boards) due to age and wear and tear. Will’s team came in and it was clear from the outset “Quality and Flexability” are what they are all about. The job took just a bit longer because of incidental modifications and low voltage wiring reroutes but in tge end the job is perfect and not a scrap left behind. I would, and in fact I am hiring his team for additional deck, fence and general carpentry work in the coming weeks.
