I had a leak from the roof. It was not in the house but rather on the part of the roof that is partially over a patio. I looked at what the internet had to say and I found 3 companies in my area that looked really good. I set up appointments with each. The first company never showed up. I called them and the lady said she would be over at 12:30 and that she overlooked our appointment. She came over but NEVER went on the roof. She said she would send me the estimate for the fixing of the roof as well as the entire roof. The roof is 18 years old. She NEVER sent me an estimate. Both of the other 2 companies came over and subsequently sent me quotes for a fix as well as the doing the entire roof. The estimates were about $3500 apart. We went with the cheaper of the two because we saw no reason to go for the higher of the two estimates. And we decide to do the whole roof. I calledCasa Blanca Construction and we set up an appointment to answer our questions and sign the contract. From the minute we started doing business with Oscar we were impressed. He was always on time and answered all of my emails. The communication was great. In addition, on any given date that the roof was being worked on the workers ALWAYS cleaned up and we could not tell that they were there after they left. The property was void of any junk on the ground, one could not tell that they were there. I found Oscar to be a delight and that he cared about my job. I asked him if there was any roof around that I could take a look at to see how the color would look . The next day he came by with an address of a house with a similar roof. Who does that, right? Even on days that he was not working he would spend time surveying the roof and making sure that everything was right. I cannot say enough good things about Oscar and the entire Casa Blanca crew. It was a pleasure doing business with them. My roof looks great. The whole experience was easy and positive. And I highly recommend Casa Blanca Construction in Pompano.

i submitted 5 quotes,they were the lowest.detailing every aspect of the repair.they even put me in the next business day due to someone else's roof they could not repair due to rain. they were fast ,efficient and had the repair done by the end of the day. i would highly recommend them.

Oscar quickly contacted me. He was able to come out to look at the roof the following day. He determined the issue and we discussed options. I opted to replace vs repair since there were several issues. Oscar set up an appt to perform the work and showed up early on all occasions. He completed the work in 2 days and it looks good.
