WATCH YOUR BREAKABLES We used Casa Limpa Cleaning for about a year, found them to be satisfactory. The last time they came out, I was sent a picture from Anderson saying the crew had found a piece of a handle broken off a Japanese teapot. When I got home I checked the teapot when I picked it up, the entire handle fell off. Not just the small piece Anderson had earlier. I contacted Casa Limpa/Anderson told him I had found the entire handle broken off and that the teapot was not where I had left it, and there were shards of pottery around the teapot. Anderson came back and said his crew stuck by their story that a part of the handle was broken when they got to the house and the handle must have broken off after they left. Anderson offered No apology, no offer to pay for the repair he only wanted to know if I want them to continue cleaning.

They did a great job on the initial cleaning. Price is a little bit higher than I wanted, but still reasonable.

They were very professional, reasonably priced, and did a great job getting my apartment spotless. A+; I was very happy.

They were great, very friendly, seemed to pay attention to detail. My house was the last of a long day for them and they did a nice job and stayed longer then they expected to finish. That being said I don't like how they cleaned my floors. I think they used Murphy's oil? I have tile and laminate and both surfaces were left with streaks...That you could see foot prints on and a light film. One type of laminate I had to clean again after they left since the film was more obvious on that. And they left the floors quite wet. Aside from the floors everything was great. My counters gleamed!

They were the most thorough cleaning crew I have ever experienced! Every corner, every surface, every room - completely cleaned. They even cleaned inside my oven. They arrived ontime, spoke perfect English and were polite, courteous and considerate of my family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Anderson and his wife are going to start cleaning for me monthly; so far they have only been out once. A lovely couple and a pleasure to have in your home, they cheerfully dealt with my very dirty house. I am looking forward to having them help out monthly.
