I'm SUPER HAPPY to have found Cassandra for an array of home repairs and improvements -- replacing screens and screen doors on an enclosed deck, painting the deck, painting a shed, repairing and painting a tree house, and installing a new vanity/faucet. She quickly provided an estimate quickly, got the work started just a few days later, and worked straight for 2.5 days to finish everything. Detail-oriented, easy to talk to, straight talk all the way through. None of that silly dance with high estimates & erratic follow-through. Cassandra is the real deal.
