They were very reasonably priced and easy to talk to and work with. James Sr. came out because his son was busy. Could have been better communication on when they were coming but it all worked out. James seemed very honest and knowledgeable and they came out literally the day after I made my request. That's why I give them five stars. Finished the work on my siding in a couple hours and I'm pleased to have it done!!

It took a little bit longer to get the work completed, part of it was due to weather. All in all I like the work done by James and his crew. They were thorough and professional. Would definitely hire them in future.

James and his crew did a nice job fixing soffit and siding. When he uncovered a structural problem, James communicated the issue, provided a revised bid, recieved approval, then proceeded to complete the work. We are happy with the work performed by Casarez Construction.

Hard workers and quality workmanship!

James did a great job on trim, gutters, siding and installing new flashing. James did what he said he was going to do and was very fair. Everybody in the neighborhood has commented on how nice the house looks now I would highly recommend James and his crew to anybody looking for exterior remodel work.

It was challenging finding a pro for my small siding repair job. The south siding on our house had several pieces of siding that had started buckling and leaving gaps to the house exterior. I sent requests for bids to four companies. One didn't even respond and another said they weren't taking repair jobs. The third stopped by to give me an initial estimate, which was way too expensive, and they claimed the siding was looking old and may break when trying to repair it. They also didn't even follow through with the written estimate like they said they would. James, from Casarez Construction, on the other hand, gave me a very reasonable estimate and was able to fit me in among larger jobs, even though he's very busy. Both he and his crew member were respectful and professional. They restored the siding back to the way it should be affixed to our house. They also took time to explain that the nails originally used to install some of the siding were too large, and the siding was nailed too tightly to the house in some places, resulting in the misalignment we needed repaired. James did a great job at a reasonable price, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Casarez Construction again for my siding needs.

Easy to communicate with, great work, asked what we were interested in replacing or saving, and made sure the job was done well. We have a small child and they took into consideration his sleep schedule while working as to not wake him. WOW. Definitely would hire again!!
