Walter (owner, I guess) is a very down to Earth person. He also has a passion for his craft....taking time along the way to explain what he was doing and how what he was doing would effect the end result. The task was a simple connection, but hey, I'm not a plumber...

My toilet was leaking at the base (floor). The two guys removed the toilet, showed me and explained what the problem. They were able to fix it and had cleaned up most of their mess. I wanted flush the toilet to make sure that there was no more leakage and to wash the floor. They had completed the whole project in about 45-minutes. Also, they were able to meet my work schedule and got to my house at 17:00. So, I did not have to take time off from work.

I scheduled a time 2 weeks in advance. I got a call a week early saying they would be coming the next day. I said no, I scheduled a time the following week. "Oh, you want to change your appointment to next week?"

They arrived on time, did the work with a minimum of mess, and finished promptly with no clean up on my part. They explained what they were doing when I asked. Good experience.

Price was reasonable and what I expected to pay.
