Cascade Pool Service, LLC

The owner was very unprofessional. He got an attitude with me on the phone when I told him I was unhappy with the service we received. I hired him to open my parents pool because my father recently had a heart attack. The owner told him to put the automatic pool vacuum in the pool instead of cleaning the pool like he was hired. My father & mother also had to clean out the skimmers because it was clogged with leaves. I would never hired Cascde again or recommend them to anyone. I feel like the owner was annoyed with me calling him. I feel like he either had too many jobs at once or another job that was paying more then we were. He told me never to call him again & hung up on me when I tried to talk to him.

Did a good job as we agreed had to be done.

The owner has done work for me for 16 years. He taught me how to keep up the maintenance of the pool. I am older now, however, he now does the work for me. Never steered me wrong and his work is excellent!
